Blueberry cake

10 portions
  • 600g of cottage cheese
  • 600g natural yoghurt
  • 300g blueberries
  • 250g wafer without filling
  • 100g butter
  • 400g sugar
  • 1 cup cream with fat content of 35%
  • 4 tbsp. gelatin granules

  1. Waffles break into small pieces. Melt the butter. Mix wafers and butter.

Put the cottage cheese mixture, first white, then mix cottage cheese with blueberries. Lightly stir in a circular motion so that the surface has turned "Marble" image. Refrigerate until completely freezing, for at least 2 hours. Before serving, decorate cake remaining berries.
