Blueberry Lemon Pie

на 12 portions

  • 300 g of flour
  • 75 g of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 190 g of soft butter

Lemon cream:
  • 3 lemons
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 400 ml sweet condensed milk

  • 500 g of blueberries
  • berries mixture - 100 g
  • water - 200 g
  • 1 teaspoon of gelatin
  • 1 tbsp. of sugar
  • detachable form a diameter of 24 cm
  • 1 tbsp.of gelling sugar

  1. Mix the ingredients for dough mixer or food processor with, roll into a ball and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough (or put in the form of hands) to do a side height of 5 cm, prick dough with a fork in several places, cover with paper baking dish and put the top beans.   5. Blueberries to put on the cream, pour the liquid and place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
