Mousse "Creazione da bambini"


For mousse:
  • 0.2% fat cottage cheese 150 g
  • Sour cream 20% fat 3 tablespoons
  • Blueberries, fresh and sweet 200 g
  • Sugar 3.5 - 4 tbsp
  • Gelatin in pellets - 15 g
  • 0.3 cups of cold water (250 ml).
For basic:

  • 33% cream - 2-3 tbsp
For decoration:
  • White chocolate - 20 grams
  • Blueberries - 15 large berries

  1. To begin with soluble gelatin in cold water and leave for 10-15 minutes apart.
