Pancakes with Blueberry Sauce

 
    Ingredients:
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 300 ml cheese serum
  • 1 tablespoon heaping of sugar
  • 15 g butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda, vinegar repaid

Sauce:
  • 250 g Blueberries
  • 2 tbsp. transparent honey
  • If berries fresh - 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. of water.
Directions:
  1. In a small saucepan heat the honey and blueberries with diluted lemon juice for about 3 minutes until the berries do not allocate juice. If berries are frozen, warm over low heat until thawing and release the juice, add honey.
  2. Beat the egg with whey and sugar, add soda and maturity sifted flour, stirring until smooth dough, it should be rather thin in consistency as cream. Add the melted butter.
  3. Bake in a pan, lightly greased with vegetable oil. Fold pancakes in a stack, each promazyvaya butter. Serve, sprinkling berry sauce.
