Salad with Goat Cheese

 
    Ingredients:
  • 2 / 3 cup dried cranberries
  • 350 g a mixture of salad leaves
  • 120 g goat Cheese
  • 1 cup blueberries

Sauce:
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons rice vinegar (white wine, apple)
  • 1 / 4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dried apricots
Directions:

Mix the vinegar, apricots and cranberries, warm in the micro to the full capacity of 1 min.Ostudit, grind in a blender. Add olive oil and stir up.
Lettuce leaves to put in a bowl, blueberries and cheese on top. Season with the sauce.
