Canapé of duck with blueberry

 
    Ingredients:
10 pieces
  • 100 grams of duck meat
  • 15 grams of orange juice
  • 15 grams of oyster sauce
  • 10 sunflower oil
  • 100 grams of persimmon
  • 10 pcs. blueberries
  • 5 grams mint
Directions:

Duck meat marinated in orange juice and oyster during the day. Then fry in butter and cut into thin slices. Persimmon wrap the meat and chop on a skewer with blueberry and mint.
