Fancy Toast

 
    Ingredients:
  • 1 baguette
  • 2 ears of corn
  • 1 / 2 cup blueberries
  • 1 / 2 medium red onions
  • herbs to taste
Sauce:
  • 1 tsp. of honey
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 11 / 8 tsp. of salt
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 210 ° F. Cut baguette slices for 1.5-2 cm thick and dry in the oven for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Corn to clean off the leaves. Wash and wrap in foil. Put the corn on hot grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. Cut off the corn cobs with, add finely chopped red onion, herbs and blueberries.
  4. Fill the sauce and put it on cooked fillet.
