Blueberry peach cobbler

 
    Ingredients:

lower layer:
  • 1.5 kg of peaches (cut into slices)
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 3 / 4 cup of sugar
  • 3 / 8 tsp. of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
Upper layer:
  • 1 / 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 / 4 cup of sugar
  • 100g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • 3 / 4 cup of buttermilk
  • 2 cups of blueberries
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
Directions:

Preheat oven to 190С.
Add lemon juice to sliced ​​peaches.
Mix sugar, salt and flour in a bowl. Add to peaches and mix gently .
Spoon into a greased form.
Combine flour and baking powder.
Beat butter with sugar and add (one) egg.
Add vanilla extract.
Add flour mixture and yogurt (in turn) to the oil.
Carefully enter the blueberries into the mixture.
Put a thin layer on top of the peach layer and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 190C 50-60 minutes.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream
