Blueberry Muffins

 
    Ingredients:

For pastry:
  • 1 \ 2 cup of flour
  • 3 \ 4 cup sugar
  • 1 \ 2 tsp of salt
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 \ 3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 \ 2 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries or any other berries
For covering:
  • 1 \ 2 cup of sugar
  • 1 \ 3 cups of flour
  • 1 \ 4 cup of butter (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 \ 2 tsp of cinnamon
  • paper cups for muffins
  • forms for muffins
  • 1 cup - 250 ml
Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients for the dough, and all other contents of two bowls zhidkie.Smeshat until smooth massy.Dobavit blueberries and mix well.
  2. Mix well and grind the ingredients for covering.
  3. Place paper cups in muffin form (you can do without them, but to them it is more convenient.) Fill each cup to 3 \ 4.
